You can give us an email address in two places: to receive the Weekly FORM CURRENT Edit, and to follow a specific movement. Those are the only places we ask for one.

Those submissions travel through our protected server endpoint and backend function into our existing database. Public browser clients do not have direct write access to the private subscriber and follow tables.

When you activate an eligible Shop control, our first-party tracking infrastructure may record operational attribution information about that click — for example the product, movement, placement, a session identifier and the referring path — so we can understand which recommendations are useful.

Requests to our hosting and backend providers generate logs. Those provider or server logs may contain information such as IP or network address, device and browser details, and request metadata.

We use Google Analytics 4 for behavioral analytics: page views and a small set of FORM CURRENT custom events such as viewing a movement, viewing The Edit, product clicks, outbound affiliate clicks, newsletter signup and movement follow.

The newsletter-signup and movement-follow analytics events do not receive your email address or other personal identifiers. We do not intentionally send subscriber email addresses to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics technologies may set cookies or use browser storage. FORM CURRENT may also use browser storage for first-party session, analytics and affiliate-flow support — for example a session identifier. Not every storage mechanism is present on every visit or in every browser configuration.

Any purchase takes place on a third-party retailer’s website. FORM CURRENT does not process or store card or payment details for those purchases. Retailers and other linked third parties have their own privacy practices, which govern what they collect.

FORM CURRENT does not sell personal information.
